When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed in the order that they are received and you will receive an order shipment confirmation once it has been shipped out to you. Orders are shipped out between 5-10 business days from the date the order is placed. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order had shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included as business days. If you have ordered just stickers, you will not receive tracking on these orders.

I don't want my order anymore. Can I cancel?

Sorry to hear you no longer want your order. We will accept cancellation requests by email up to 4 hours after your order is placed. Please email us at handmadebyhaile1@gmail.com to submit your request. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the United States and U.S. territories. We hope to be able to provide shipping to other countries in the future!

I entered my shipping address in wrong, how can I update it?

Please make sure you are checking your address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after your order has been submitted, please email us as soon as possible so we can take a look at updating your info. Make sure to include your order number in your initial email. While we can't guarantee that a change will be able to be made, we will work with you to figure out the best solution. 

My sticker order doesn’t have a tracking number, when will it arrive?

Stickers ordered on their own (no other products) are shipped through First Class Mail which uses a lower cost postage, and gives you $1 shipping and no tracking option. If you would like to have your order tracked, please add the Sticker Tracking listing to your order. Your order will be sent via First Class Package with a tracking number. 

Please note that if you do not select to add Sticker Tracking, no refunds or replacements will be issued for misplaced, lost or stolen orders. 

My items were damaged when I received them, what do I do?

Oh no! Please send us an email with your order number, details about the package and items, as well as photos. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to make it right.
